MANAGER
A dedicated account manager will be available 24 hrs a day, 7
days a week to handle routine and emergency needs. The account
manager becomes involved in specific goals of your account, adjusting
to the dynamic nature of business while maintaining a consistent
performance. Further, the account manager will insist that every
detail is executed properly.
TRAINING Shopper Screening/Hiring
A key component in developing a quality mystery shopping field
force is the application process. All contractor applications
are carefully screened for conflicts of interest thoroughness
in completing the application form, work experience and quality
of applicant’s narrative'. Contractors are also screened

Shopper Training
Mystery Shoppers receive extensive training to the exact specifications
and parameters of each unique scenario before it is assigned.
In many cases, regional field training is completed by one of
our trained management staff. Further, when the situation is warranted,
training is conducted at the client’s corporate office with
shoppers present. RitterAssociates endeavors, at all costs,
to have the client involved with all levels of training to ensure
quality and consistency.
SCHEDULING
Schedulers
are trained to your company’s exact operating standards.
Schedulers use a sophisticated,
customized computer system that prompts them through each instruction
they need to share with the mystery shopper before the visit is

scheduling program strictly enforces all of the rotation in place
for your account to ensure anonymity.
